Optimalisasi Gerakan Self Care Management Stunting (GENTING) pada One Day One Egg Program

Abstract
Peningkatan angka stunting pada dasarnya telah banyak upaya yang telah dilakukan, namun yang menjadi penyebab belum efektifnya kebijakan serta program intervensi stunting yang ada dan telah dilakukan diantaranya kebijakan dan regulasi terkait intervensi stunting belum secara maksimal. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi kepada kader kesehatan mengenai management stunting khususnya pemberian makan dengan metode satu telur satu hari. Metode pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan pendekatan ceramah dan diskusi aktif dengan peserta. Hasil dari kegiatan Gerakan Self-care Management Stunting (GENTING) menunjukkan bahwa kader kesehatan dan caregiver mengetahui cara pencegahan stunting dengan salah satu kegiatan yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan memakan telur satu hari satu kali pada anak. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah GENTING memiliki potensi besar untuk menjadi solusi strategis dalam menurunkan angka stunting khususnya bagi kader dalam upaya mencegah terjadinya stunting pada anak.
